Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct audience targeting, and ad copy optimization to maximize campaign performance.
• Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance and achieving business objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Performance Marketing and paid advertising.
• In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Social Media Ads etc.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
