Job Description
- Create, monitor, and execute a strong eCommerce Performance Marketing strategy plan.
- Train, manage, and oversees team of Performance Marketing specialist and graphic designers.
- Accumulate database of KOL for livestream and affiliate.
- Ensure graphic designer’s output are aligned with company’s objectives.
- Manage on-site and out-site platform ads.
- Plan, report, and evaluate the ads.
- Competitor product analysis/tracking
- Responsible for Traffic, CTR, CR, & ROI of the ads.
- Run and daily monitoring the ads.
- Identifying and test new channels.
- Ensure the campaigns deliver against the target.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and ad concepts.
