As a Personalia & General Affair (PGA) Officer, you are responsible for:
- Manage the administration of incoming and outgoing employees
- Simulate and control employee overtime
- Ensure employee administration is running well (attendance, overtime, donations, allowances, medical ceilings)
- Responsible for the process of coaching, sanctioning and warning employees
- Update employee data
- Organizing internal correspondence (employee mutation rotation)
- Maintain good relations with external parties (hospitals, insurance, BPJS, local DISNAKER, and partner schools)
- Manage and maintain company’s facilities and infrastructure (parking area, park, sport field, toilet, etc)
- Manage the procurement of company goods (PC, Printer, Printer’ Ink, Paper, Food & Drink, uniform, etc)
- Manage PAKO Group’ operational vehicles
- Manage company security, collaborating with security team
- Coordinate the PAKO Group’ waste management (general waste, hazardous waste, production residuals, etc)
- Responsible for company legal
PAKO Group needs Personalia & General Affair Officer who are:
- Bachelor of Industrial/Civil/Environmental Engineering, HR Management, or any related field
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Able to work under high pressure
- Have a good analysis and logic of thinking
- Eager to learn, have a good attitude and communication skill
- Able to work in teams (strong leadership) and individually
- Placement in Karawang Area
