* Plan, organize, and supervise Pest Control activities across the properties to prevent and eliminate pest infestations
* Conduct regular inspections of facilities, buildings, and outdoor areas to identify pest hotspots, nesting sites, and entry points.
* Maintain accurate records of Pest Control activities, including treatment schedules, pesticide usage, inspection findings, and pest sightings.
* Promote awareness of Pest Control protocols and best practices among employees and contractors to foster a collaborative approach to pest management.
* Stay informed about relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices related to Pest Control and pesticide use.
* Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing Pest Control activities, pesticide handling, and environmental protection.
Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor degree or equivalent (required); additional certification or training in Pest Control or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Pest Control operations, preferably in a large-scale property management or facilities management environment.
- Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective control methods, as well as familiarity with Pest Control products and equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping, reporting, and documentation of Pest Control activities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff, vendors, and regulatory officials.
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, as well as willingness to handle pesticides and other Pest Control materials safely.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
