• Take inbound calls for medical reimbursement inquiries.
• Responsible for the review of data entry of medical bills.
• Examine documents for accuracy, such as patient records, referrals, authorizations and insurance policies.
• Request for any missing patient information.

Salary Package

• Basic Salary and allowances Php 20,000 to P25,000
• Plus night differential pay

• Philippine registered nurse with active license
• Must have at least 1 year hospital or clinical experience
• With 1 year experience BPO experience a plus
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Resident of Cebu or nearby provinces
• Has wired internet access at home to support work from home arrangement. Computer equipment to be provided by the BPO company.
