Qualification
- Graduate from universitywith technical background (preferable mechanical/material/naval/marineengineering)
- Have experiencemore than 6 years as mechanical Stress Engineer
- Having theexperience minimum 3 Projects (preferable) Oil & Gas(Onshore/Offshore/Floating Facilities)
- Experience andknowledge with stress analysis software (CAESAR II)
- Experience and knowledge withinternational code and standard (ASME, ASTM, API, EJMA etc)
- Having experiences to analyze for Piping whichconnected to both Static (Vessel, Tank, HE, Furnace, etc) and Rotary(Compressor, Pump, AFC, etc)
- Having experience to select pipe support typeaccording to stress analysis calculation
- Experience andknowledge with spring support/expansion joint
- Have good analysis andcommunication skills
- Self-motivated,smart working, and target oriented
Responsibility
- Preparation ofcritical line list for thermal stress analysis and vibration analysis
- Prepare andreview stress analysis design basis
- Review ofcalculation sketch, input data and condition for computer calculation
- Check thecalculation results and provide the instruction as required to piping designer
- Preparation ofStress Calculation Package
- Provide Loadingdata for Piping Information
- Undertaking workquality control in his/her job area responsibility
- Check isometricdrawing
- Check pipesupport standard dwg
- Review andchecked datasheet related to mechanical stress activity such as expansionjoint, spring support, hanger etc.
