Plant Administration

General Overview

The Plant Administration will handle all administration work on the depo and maintain quality of depo data and reports.

This role will report directly to the Fulfillment Executive.

Roles and responsibilities

• Receive requests and orders from outlets/partners
• Recording incoming and outgoing goods
• Record Loading and Dispatch Activity
• Doing Stock Opname
• Doing archiving for document warehouse needs
• Create warehouse activity reports for data warehouse recap needs
• Maintain the quality of accurate reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, engineering, or related field.
• At least one year of experience as warehouse admin
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Ms. Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willing to be placed in the Lampung Area (Tanjung Bintang)
