Job Overview
- Exploring market information (farmers, traders and consumers of vegetables) and research institutions to ensure all information is available and can be used as a basis for determining breeding targets
- Design effective and efficient breeding programs and strategies so that they are timely and in accordance with the expected targets, including ensuring its execution runs well.
- Designing a Breeding research program, then creating and submitting a breeding project proposal and execution.
- Analyzing test/research data and creating comprehensive reports.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree majoring in Plant Breeding or relevant with 8 years of experience in related field or Master's Degree with 6 years of experience or Doctoral Degree with 2 years of experience.
- Master's Degree (Fresh graduated) are welcome to apply for assistant breeding.
- Have advanced knowledge in the science of Plant Breeding, Genetics, Molecular Breeding, Agronomy, Plant Physiology, and Plant Diseases
- Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organized in work.
- Good in English, both speaking and writing.
