Plant Breeding Specialist

Job Overview

1. Exploring market information (farmers, traders and consumers of vegetables) and research institutions to ensure all information is available and can be used as a basis for determining breeding targets
2. Design effective and efficient breeding programs and strategies so that they are timely and in accordance with the expected targets, including ensuring its execution runs well.
3. Designing a Breeding research program, then creating and submitting a breeding project proposal and execution.
4. Analyzing test/research data and creating comprehensive reports.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor's degree majoring in Plant Breeding or relevant with 8 years of experience in related field or Master's Degree with 6 years of experience or Doctoral Degree with 2 years of experience. 
• Master's Degree (Fresh graduated) are welcome to apply for assistant breeding. 
• Have advanced knowledge in the science of Plant Breeding, Genetics, Molecular Breeding, Agronomy, Plant Physiology, and Plant Diseases
• Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organized in work.
• Good in English, both speaking and writing.
