Plant Director - Fmcg

About the Company:
Our client is a leading FMCG company based in Indonesia with a long history and brands that are locally produced with proven quality. They are currently market leaders in the key categories they compete in with extensive FMCG manufacturing operations.
Job Responsibilities:

• Planning and directing of production activities and projects
• Quality management system
• End to end plant operations including cost control, manpower management, productivity, problem solving and continous improvement
• Ensure utilization of best practice engineering methods to provide expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives
• Lead team to design plans for the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment via leading continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures for the engineering while upholding GMP engineering standards across sites
  

Key Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering with focus on F&B Industry
• At least 10 years of experience working in plant, with a core focus in the operations of the plant's various machineries
• Prior experience in a FMCG manufacturing firm would be a plus
• Past design and implementation of continuous improvement projects
