- Improve the operations and maintenance of power plan
- Ensure Company Regulations and work systems are clearly understood and implemented effectively for all employee.
- Conducting control, analysis and evaluation of system and procedures in improving the quality of work, operations, safety & Quality.
- Analyze and evaluation of the performance of the power plant, Report and Technical Program Analysis (Maintenance & Repairing) to Higher Management.
- In relations with the function, he will act as company’s representative if needed and requested by the Company.
- Manage operation and maintenance cost to meet the annual budget
- Supervision programs of site training and staff development
- Execute health, security, environmental and safety rules and regulations of the company
- Helping General Manager Communication with client (PLN)
Qualifications:
- Master or Bachelor Degree of Engineering
- Experience managing power plant operation and Maintenance min 10 years preferably PLTU
- Having Project Management Skills
- Having strong Leadership
- Good computer skills, be able to operate Microsoft Office, and any related power plant software
- Good communication skill both verbal and in writing, specifically in English language
- Willingness to relocate in Bolaang Mangondow Utara, Sulawesi Utara
