1. Project staff attendance management and daily operation of Project Management Office
2. Define and create delivery program/processes and tools necessary to ensure a successful execution of the project
3. Create accurate, professional and timely reporting of project status and outcomes to all stakeholders, improvement of delivery processes to ensure the project meet its schedule.
4. Project documentation management
5. BOQ reconciliation and billing to customer on time based on each payment milestone
6. Meet Project Cash collection target
7. Procurement and Process Management,Vendor management and PO issuing and payment to sub-con and supplier
8. Warehouse and material management
9. Vehicle management
10. Manage IT toolsets, including documentation management and communications
11. Other tasks assigned by GPM
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Be familiar with OSP project
3. With at least two years of PMO work experience
4. Good at problem solving and working in multiple culture and high pressure environment
5. Good at communication, coordination
6. With Good Moral Character
