Pneumatic Ship Unloader

Job Description:

• Operate Pneumatic Ship unloading equipment to transfer bulk materials from ships to storage facilities.
• Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure efficient operation.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate unloading activities and optimize workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of material transfer and equipment maintenance activities.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience operating Pneumatic Ship unloading equipment or similar machinery.
• Certification (SIO) or training in operating heavy machinery and/or pneumatic systems is a must.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for operating heavy machinery.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and work in challenging conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in roster setting at Bulungan, North Kalimantan
