Poly Lead (Textile Indsutry)

Requirement

• Bachelor of Chemical Engineering Background
• At least 7 years experience in same field position
• Fluent in English is a must
• Familiar with Oracle and SAP software
• Depth knowledge about Chemical polymer process, ISO and Halal certification knowledge, Energy Management

Core Responsibilities

• To lead the daily manufacturing operations in an area
• Monitoring the production process to ensure that it complies with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• To Support and Emphasize the Safety and Quality commitments of the department 
• Ability to utilize resources and raw materials in the most efficient and productive manner possible
• Identify/prioritize/provide resources in an area to assist the superintendent to meet the annual operational plan and budgetary commitments
• To control additive preparation, PTA and MEG unloading
• To control chips bagging system in shift
• To Control/ DCS system and monitoring in shift operation
• Preventive maintenance implementation from any deviation occur on production process
