Job Description

Planning, Execution and Review

  • Report to BPO & Leads Generation Sales Manager (who report to Sales Director).
  • Plan and implement effective B2B leads generation, qualification and appointment method to support Business Development team achieving their sales target.
  • Review implementation of leads generation and provide input to company based on data and learning continuously.
  • Identify problem and action plan to solve them, implement action plan and ensure delivery of KR (Key Result).
  • Accountable for quantity and quality of B2B leads generated.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Working closely within Business Development team, with other team within Sales Department and with other Departments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to generate leads and increase leads generation effectiveness through various initiatives in both digital and offline marketing.
  • Leadership for self and others with assertiveness to deliver business goals while ensuring productive relationship externally with clients and internally with SEEK team.

Sales Operations management

  • Identify/prioritize opportunities in assigned sectors through desktop research and sales pipeline management.
  • Generate qualified leads in assigned sectors and setup meeting with respective Business Development managers.
  • Communicate with clients to seize the opportunities and preliminarily identify client’s recruitment problems.

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Provide leads generation report to review own performance and provide insight to stakeholders.
  • Analyze performance and recommend improvement.
  • Support Business Development team with data-based and insight-based analysis.

Market Analysis & Business Development

  • In-depth understanding of assigned sectors and client data/insight.
  • Understand changing trends, market behavior and competitors.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor-degree from any major
  • A few years of experience in leading companies. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Comfortable communicating with strangers and clients.
  • Network with HR team from leading companies
  • Leads generation OKR (Objective and Key result) delivery.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales techniques would be an advantage.

General skills

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia both written and verbal
  • Able to demonstrate driving performance through self and others
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details supported by skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • High emotional intelligence with personal resilience and ability to relate to others.
  • Can do attitude with fast pace and quality execution.
  • Adaptability and learnability to keep up with dynamic, fast-paced, agile and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work alone and in teams, highly accountable and result oriented.
  • Capacity to manage tight deadline.
  • Maintain a positive morale with a professional attitude.
