Presales Specialist

As Presales Engineer, you will be a part of a team that responsible to help our team in delivering pre-sales technical support, especially working together with our Customer Relationship (sales) team.

Responsibilities :

Designing and architecting solutions to match potential customers needs and requirements

Create gap analysis documents for the offered solutions

Prepare technical proposal document, including estimating the effort needed for the opportunity as part of the proposal

Requirements :

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Information system

Preferably minimum 1 year experience in related fields

Excellent in communication skills, problem solving and fast learner

Nice to have knowledge in cloud computing (GCP)

Have strong technical background and are comfortable with data, platform, and technology
