Preschool Parent-Liaison Executive School Admin

Parents Liaison Executive is in charge in mostly administrative, public relations and marketing aspects of the school.

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Parental liaison, reception duties, phone enquiries

• Providing should tours to prospective parents around the school’s facilities

• Collecting feedbacks from parents and visitors

• Documenting all complaints or queries raised by enquirers, visitors, prospective and current parents and bringing such to the attention of the Principal

• Attending school functions and Open House that may be held outside of the contracted hours as required

• Maintaining records of students, visitors and general maintenance of the school

• Handling and making administration report as required by Ministry of Education (Deparatemen Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan kota dan pusat)

• Handling and making report of petty cash

• Handling all admission and withdrawal documents

• Keeping track of student numbers in the school

• Collection of payments and issuance of receipts

• Planning the Open House together with the Principal and handling the needed promotions or marketing strategies to promote the Open House

• Planning on other marketing strategies as required to promote the school such as: school events, education fair, exhibitions or editorials, etc.

• Promote Corporate Sales

• Sending School’s announcements and newsletters to parents by email or mail

• Being PIC to contact third party vendors for events and/or maintenance purposes

• Ensuring the safety of the school, especially for children within the school premises

• Other Ad-Hoc duties as required
