Job Descriptions:

• Manage Partnership Acquisition Team
• Coordinate responsibilities and capacity planning for target fulfillments for their team
• Design, initiate & deliver a strategy/programs to improve Partnership Acquisition Team performance
• Research and build cooperation with various institutions and maintaining good relations with partners
• Coordinate with Head of Partnership & Partnership Enablement team to sync/improve strategy & program

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 4 years experienced partnership professional with a proven track record of building relationships and winning business
• Proven experience in leading a team
• Excellent organizational skills with a willingness to assume responsibilities to deliver against targets
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Agile mindset
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Fast learner, problem-solver, and can-do attitude
• Experience in a start-up or tech company is a strong point
