Australia-IndonesiaPartnership for Promoting Rural Incomes through Support for Markets inAgriculture (PRISMA) is a multi-year development program working to acceleratepoverty reduction through inclusive economic growth.
PRISMA adopts a marketsystems development approach by partnering with key stakeholders to improveagriculture market efficiency and sustainably benefit the poor.
The programaims to achieve an income increase for a total of 1,, smallholder farminghouseholds by .
PRISMAworks with The Feed Directorate at The Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture toaccelerate feed producers’ uptake of Animal Feed standards and certification,particularly for the small and medium-scale producers.
This is crucial for theeconomic development in the livestock industry, since access to quality feedcan significantly lead to productivity and income increases for farmers.
Thecollaboration will support the Ministry’s objective in increasing MSME feedproducers’ capacity to formally comply and compete in the market.
This has be done through the development of operationalguidelines for Animal Feed Standards (SNI), Good Feed Manufacturing Practices / GFMP (Cara Pembuatan Pakan yang Baik / CPPB), and Feed Registration Number(Nomor Pendaftaran Pakan / NPP).
The contents of these guidelines (modules)will be put into education videos, which then will be published at the Ministryof Agriculture’s official digital platforms.
The primary purposeof this assignment is to produce video materials for following operationalguidelines :
- Good Feed Manufacturing Practices (GFMP), or Cara Pembuatan Pakan yang Baik (CPPB)
- Animal Feed Testing process, following the Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI)
- Animal Feed Registration process
- GFMP / CPPB and Feed Product Registration Process at SIMPOL PKH (Sistem Informasi Pendaftaran Online Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan)
The targeted audience of the videos would beAnimal Feed producers in Indonesia, particularly the small-medium sizedcompanies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
The expert is expected to providethese services, including but not limited to :
- Develop the plan and concept of the videos with the clients, including story identification, story boarding, and production planning
- Manage and conduct Video Production following the approved concepts, including video shooting at the appointed feed factory.
- Finalise the video making with close coordination with the client during post-production.
- Responsible for the overall process and administration needs related with Video Production. This includes the preparation, talent management, video making and equipments, and other tasks until the video is published.
Required Qualifications :
Essential skills and experience :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in any field. Having knowledge in agribusiness, agriculture, and / or animal husbandry is preferred.
- Having minimum 3 years of experience in media and marketing work, especially for SME industry.
- Demonstrating strong experiences and knowledge in developing videos for clients Portfolio with government and / or agribusinessclients would be a plus
The term of the Expert’spayment will be based on the outputs described below. The servicedelivery timeline is expected to happen from March to June .
The Expertmust submit the required deliverables and supporting documentation by the duedate to indicate the work performed with high-quality results and approved by taskleaders from PRISMA and the Feed Directorate at the Ministry of Agriculture.
