Process Engineer Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacturing process, maintenance, and modifications to infrastructure and support equipment (HVAC, Chillers, Compressors, Electrical systems, etc)
• Construct, evaluate and report maintenance and engineering results for the facility
• Providing continual improvement processes and advice on engineering methods and procedures

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering background
• Have at least 3 Years (s) of working experience in a related position in Chemical/Paper Manufacturing
• Having a highly technical and strategy of operational excellence
• Strong leadership skills, adaptability, loyalty, and good communication skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experienced in control system
• Understanding the requirements and applications of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45000 and SMK3
