Operates and maintains quality system in responsible position, ensures production line under control, improves prodcut quality and reduces quality cost, and solves customer quality issues.
1、Quality system implement
a. Impleaments quality system, sloves production quality issue timely, ensures product and service quality, meets and exceeds customer requirements.
b.Assists to implement quality system and process audit, track and drive corrective actions according to the plan. Proactively use suitable quality improvment tools and promote in workplace, to improve the quality control
2、Completes product quality inspection and control documents.
3、Product quality management
a.Be responsible for daily production quality management.
b.Completes and executes product audit, continously improves product quality.
4、Deals with customer complaints, ensures to provide feedback to customer timely, and regularly commmunicates with customer.
5、Collects and summaries quality data, report and establish improvment plan.
6、Continuous improvement
a.Set up and implement process statistic and analysis, continously improves prodcut quality.
b.Improves Process Quality competitivness and custmer satifaction by driving continunous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious prodcuts, services solutions and processes.
JR:
1、Bechelor's degress or above, major in Mechanical, engineering, electronical related field preferred.
2、Quality management knowledge (ISO9001/TS16949, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, Control Plan. etc.)
3、Quality tools FMEA, MSA, SPC. Process audit (VDA6.3 preferred), Quality system aduit. Six sigma black belt/green belt preferred
4、3+years work experience in quality related function, automotive industry preferred
5、Fluence English, fluence Chinese preferred
6、Thinks analytically, focues on customer, communicates and influences, drives for results
