Supervise the performance of DCS Operators and field Operators on duty.
Analyze trends in operating conditions and the results of previous and ongoing product analysis.
Identify possible problems in the process based on analysis of operating conditions and equipment conditions in the field
Check the condition of the Ester Plant -1 / 2 and all equipment used including related utilities.
Monitor the movement of tank levels, both raw materials, products and by-products, whether they are as desire
Implement all SOPs & provisions and change instructions related to operations at the Ester Plant -1 / 2
Report all operating conditions via forms and other available media
Maintain work synergy between related plants, especially in terms of sharing tanks and other equipment
Job Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
Having min 3 years of working experience as Oleochemical Production
Good in analytical thinking
Willing to be located in Medan Oleochemical Plant
