Uraian Tugas

Roles and responsibilities :

  • Support the Input Procurement to establish contacts and develop relationship in the region in terms of administrational needs
  • Supporting the Procurement department for any kinds of documentations & administrations needs
  • Doing archiving for documents for Procurement needs
  • Create procurement activity reports for data recap needs
  • Maintain the quality of accurate reports

Requirements :

  • Bachelor / diploma degree in business management, engineering, administration, or any related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as admin.
  • Able to communicate using English (spoken & written).
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Ms. Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Attentive to details.
  • Willing to be placed in Semarang
