Roles and responsibilities:
- Support the Input Procurement to establish contacts and develop relationship in the region in terms of administrational needs
- Supporting the Procurement department for any kinds of documentations & administrations needs
- Doing archiving for documents for Procurement needs
- Create procurement activity reports for data recap needs
- Maintain the quality of accurate reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor / diploma degree in business management, engineering, administration, or any related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as procurement admin.
- Able to communicate using English (spoken & written).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Ms. Excel and Google Sheets.
- Attentive to details.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
