Job Description
- Controlling the procurement of strategic goods/Matrials/Spare Part for Site Project Office
- Manage and update for database materials (cataloger)
- Purchasing procurement of goods and services according to quality, time and price
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors.
- Negotiating with Suppliers to get the best price.
- Monitor delivery to ensure all goods received are in accordance with orders
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/Industrial engineering
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Procurement and Purchasing
- Having an experiences in construction company is preferred
- Mastering Microsoft Office, especially Excel and familiar with analyzing and managing data
- Proficient in English –
- Having good communication skills and can work in a team
- Willing to be placed in Site Office / Project Office
