Procurement Intern

Vasanta Group is currently looking for "Procurement Intern" with details as below

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the procurement process by researching potential suppliers, comparing prices, and negotiating contracts.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and contracts.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
• Support the evaluation of supplier performance and contribute to the development of strong vendor relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new products relevant to procurement.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled or graduated from Bachelor's program, preferably in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proactive and eager to learn about procurement processes.
• Basic understanding of procurement principles and practices is a plus.
• Willing to do WFO at Alam Sutera, Tangerang
