- Prepare regular reports and presentations on procurement activities, performance metrics, and cost-saving initiatives for management review
Job Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships in the seafood or fisheries sector.
- Strong leadership abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving organizational change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience in negotiation of long term supply agreements .
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Capable of comprehending technical aspects and issues related to materials.
- Able to distinguish between best value and best price.
- Demonstrable experience in managing teams in high pressure situations.
