Uraian Tugas

Rinjani Bay Developments seeks for a proactive and detailed-oriented procurement executive. The position will be based in Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat. 

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

  • Manage daily procurement activities, including sourcing and engaging with reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Oversee supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, and timelines.
  • Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
  • Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Process purchase orders, organize, and confirm delivery of goods and services.
  • Provide daily progress reports and updates to the Finance Manager.
  • Develop and implement procurement control procedures for monitoring all procurement status and history efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in a Procurement or similar role.
  • Strong experience in inventory and stock management.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of procurement procedures.
  • Proficiency in vendor sourcing practices.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management principles.
  • Possession of a valid car/motorbike driving license.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Office and Accounting software.
