Rinjani Bay Developments seeks for a proactive and detailed-oriented procurement executive. The position will be based in Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
Job Description:
- Manage daily procurement activities, including sourcing and engaging with reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Oversee supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, and timelines.
- Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility.
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Process purchase orders, organize, and confirm delivery of goods and services.
- Provide daily progress reports and updates to the Finance Manager.
- Develop and implement procurement control procedures for monitoring all procurement status and history efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated work experience in a Procurement or similar role.
- Strong experience in inventory and stock management.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in vendor sourcing practices.
- Solid understanding of supply chain management principles.
- Possession of a valid car/motorbike driving license.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Office and Accounting software.
