Procurement & Qs Supervisor

Job Description:

• Prepare Planning Cost, Real Cost and Final Cost.
• Prepare SPK for contracts submitted/prepared to Contractor.
• Get offers from several suppliers based on purchase requests for owner estimated.
• Conduct analysis, comparison, and negotiation in every procurement both goods and services.
• Process and establish appropriate administrative and tender process and final account.
• Follow up on pending purchase requisition and purchase order.
• Understand tender document scope of work as specification drawing, BOQ and make analysis of the unit price of work.

Requirements:

• Age max. 35 years old.
• Graduate/Bachelor Degree in Civil.
• Minimum of 2 years experiences in relevant field preferable in Real Estate/Developer Company.
• Must be dependable and a self-starter; ability to work independently
• Skills - Negotiation, Networking, Good Communication Skill.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding Rules of Pre & Post Contract.
• Understanding unit price analysis.
• Familiar with ERP or ASAP.
• Can using civil software (Ms. Office).
• Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Deltamas Cikarang.
