Bentuk pekerjaanComplete the purchase process from purchase requisition to receipt of goods and services in the warehouse based on the category of goods and services local and import which its responsible such as: MRO (electrical/mechanical parts and works, compressor parts and rental, laboratorium equipment, weighing terra and callibration, fuel, safety equipment, stationary, printing.
Responsibilities
- Release Purchase Requisition to Purchase Order
- Approved Purchase Order based on spending authority
- Negotiates with suppliers within the responsible area
- Drafting contract
- Provide the requested data (Material Safety Data Sheet, Technical Data Sheet, COA,) and technical Information
- Initiate to find and selection of new suppliers
- Regularly evaluate suppliers in term of quality, cost, quantity, timeliness delivery, etc.
- Process all customs clearance & all legal requirements of purchase area in line with legal guideline
- Ensure transparent process & multiple comparison in purchase and remain the related evidences / Verify the reason if sole solution in purchase
- Provide monthly report consist of procurement activities within area responsibility
- Responsible for Safety Awareness
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience or more in procurement.
- Understanding for international trade & purchase
- Able to work in teams as well as individual
- Good communication skill
- Good analytical skills.
- Good command of English (Mandarin is plus)
- Familiar with SAP systems.
- Experience in manufacturing environment
- Have experience in export/import.
- Have experience in contract management
