Procurement Staff

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in business administration, management, or a relevant field from a reputable university
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Maximum 30 years old
• Having a minimum of 3 years of proven experience in procurement or logistics
• Having good budgeting and negotiation skills
• Able to evaluate vendor constraints and follow up on any issues related to procurement
• Strong knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detailed, reliable, flexible, and disciplined personality
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork, and quick learner.
• Good level of English communication skills (oral & written).
• Good networking
• Having a strong ability to multitask, time management, initiative, and be proactive is a must.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, good integrity is important, problem-solving skills, and meticulous.
