Procurement Supervisor (Commercial) - Agribusiness - Lampung (C-99608)

About The Company:

• The working venue is in Lampung.
• Our client is a Agribusiness company. Currently, they are looking for Procurement Supervisor (Commercial).

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial team in Indonesia.
• Maintain good relationships with existing coffee suppliers and expand supplier network.
• Negotiate contracts in the best interest of the company.
• Manage supplier and client assessment and risk, including forward and spot contracts.
• Report daily on market developments (prices, coffee flows etc.) and provide input for commercial decisions.
• Weekly purchase planning, monitoring, and alignment with finance and quality departments.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Business English proficiency.
• Min. 3 years of experience in commercial (Procurement SCM) for commodity Agri-Food (Cocoa, Sugar, Palm Oil, etc).
• Good understanding of commercial green coffee supply chain.
• Experienced in negotiating large scale, high value, and complex contracts.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, and risk/value analysis.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, able to work under pressure
