Procurement (Vendor Management) Fiber Optic

Job Description:

1. Sourcing and managing subcontractors and suppliers in Indonesia, including verification based on company procedures;
2. Enquiry, commercial negotiation and bidding organization;
3. Subcontractors evaluation, selection and agreement signing;
4. Maintain relationship with subcontractor, no limited to subcontractor assessment, regular meeting, and high-level communication;
5. PO and payment management;
6. Complete procurement system and process formulation;
7. Procurement team building; give work instruction to staff
8. Performs any related tasks given by manage

Requirements:

1. Has a minimum Diploma degree in any major
2. Has a minimum of 3 years of working experience in a telecommunication company and managing vendors is a MUST
3. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software
5. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
