You’ll be a part of the Product team, where our mission is to ensure that the business is running smoothly at scale and drive our business unit (BU) to reach a new frontier. Your role as a Product Analyst is pivotal to ensure achievement of the business objectives. While delivering projects and optimizing our Product domain, you’ll be part of the team driving our Accommodation business to be the most reliable OTA for both domestic and international. You’ll work alongside a highly talented product team in the technology industry to deliver high-leveraged solutions by creating new systems and features.
Job Description
Industry Knowledge & Business Strategy
- Research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill the feature gaps and generate new ideas that improve operations process, user experience and drive optimization
- Thoroughly prepare for various scenarios, to ensure business can run on big scale smoothly
- Proactively jump into operational situation that requires the right decision making
Product Management
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, operational process, and prototypes
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business need
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, operations, and external stakeholders to implement new features and enhancements
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor the key metrics of the products / features owned by the person
- Work closely with data team in conducting regular analysis and deep dive on the products / features’ performance
- Identify issues and improvement opportunities that can push the products / features’ performance forward
Requirements
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Design, or other fields from top local or overseas universities with strong academic results.
- Take ownership & have a deep understanding of the user behavior and product behavior, as well as supply partners' systems and processes.
- Experience in breaking down needs into product requirements and communicating them to the respective functions like engineers, design, finance, or data team.
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies; with an aptitude towards solving complex problems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors. Have a strong willingness to learn and adapt to change quickly.
- Able to communicate in English and Indonesia, via a verbal and written medium.
- Passion for making the world better through technology. Enjoy working in a technical and data-centric context.
- Leading the resolution of any issues/problems to ensure system stability and operational metrics are met. This involves troubleshooting, finding & analyzing root causes, and implementing suitable solutions.
- Prior Experience in product management is a plus.
