- Performs research to determine the development of new product (consist of program / study program and Academy Project) that can give impact for BINUS Online growth
- Prepares SWOT and report analysis for preparation implementation of new product to enhance BINUS Online capabilities and achieve business goals
- Present the research result to Supervisor to gain the permission of new product
- Develop proposal related to new product
- Develop and identify various potential collaboration opportunities for creating and improving existing and new product
- Manage, supervise, and coordinate the development of new product
- Evaluate the implementation to decide on the continuity of the product
- Responsible for all documentation of Product Development activities including the database and record management
- Coordinate with Marketing to promote BINUS Online through the product
Management Support Activities:
- Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/Experience:
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Supervisory Level, or
- Minimum 6 years working experience
