Product Development Executive

Jobtitle Overview:

Arrange and carry out coordination related to the development,

monitoring and evaluation of LPEI conventional products in accordance with

market trends and needs to support the business targets achievement and LPEI's mandate implementation.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyzing and preparing the business strategy, work plan and

budget of the Division and preparing the regulation in Product Development.

2.Carry out the Product Development process including

feasibility & product productivity targets.

3.Preparing product studies and development that are market and

customer needs oriented to support the business targets achievement and LPEI's

mandate implementation.

4.Supporting business units and product owner in developing

products as market needs.

5.Preparing Products Guidelines Standard/Product Technical

Instructions/ Procedural Memorandum/ others.

6.Coordinating with other divisions/work units regarding the

support system needed in developing products and services.

7.Coordinating with product owner/business units regarding new

products or services trial to ensure the new products and services meet market

needs.

8.Evaluating LPEI's products and services according to business

segments.

9.Supervising the deactivation of products/services/activities

according to the evaluation and management's direction/approval and also

coordination with other related divisions/work units (regulation, system &

procedure, IT & Operations).

10.Ensuring the achievement of individual performance targets.

11.Ensure that all operational activities refer to the good

corporate governance principles.

12.Assist in the fulfillment of follow-up audit findings.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum graduate from any reputable university.

Post-graduation will be an added advantage.

2. Minimal 4 years of experience in banking and/or financial

institutions.

3.Officer Development Program graduate will be an added

advantage

4. Professional Qualification in risk management.

5.Have good Knowledge and understanding of: LPEI Products &

Operation, Regulation, Product Development and risk management.
