Product Development Specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Having experience in designing and developing the architectural product
• Having a good understanding of the manufacturing process is a plus point
• Experienced in working in a manufacturing company which produced OEM or ODM product 
• Minimum bachelor's degree in, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, product design, architecture, or any relevant fields
• Required Skills: CAD software, Solidworks, Sketchup, and design product
• Strategic and creative thought with strong project management skills
• Able to work with a team and comfortable with technical details
• Required languages: Indonesian and business-level English. Japanese is a plus

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Manage and establish the new Product Development activity
• Design, make the prototype of the product, and ensure the quality of the product
• Assess and define opportunities for product improvements
• Manage the communication to meet the customer's requirements in related to the product design
