Holland Colours develops, produces, and commercializes solid and liquid colorants, masterbatches, and additives for coloring PVC for the building and construction industry, as well as PET and polyolefins for the packaging industry. Next to serving these global markets we offer color concentrates for sealants, adhesives, and other applications.
Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor/Master degree in Chemistry from reputable university
- 5 years experiences in chemical industry
- Good technical and business sense knowledge
- Good problem solver, leadership skills
- Good understanding about polymer chemical, plastic conversion, raw chemical, color
- Good understanding about color matching process
- Good understanding about laboratory management
- Research and development (R & D) for Product Development
- English communication skill
- MS Office 365, leadership skills, dan problem solving
Tasks & responsibilities
- Monitoring and evaluating performance of TI request job and sample preparation
- Monitoring and evaluating performance of quality control process of finished goods and raw material
- Ensuring quality of product through actively communicate with QC/QA, Production team and Logistic team
- Coordinate with Color Design team to collect new/substitution material, coordinating testing for new Product Development and existing product
- Do continuous improvement and customer complain handling
- Manage laboratory asset including calibration of measurement tools and making report
- Coordinating team for maintaining Register of Material Code and Hazardous Material Register Coordinating team to record non conformance raw material and finished goods, improve the product and also making laboratory documents regarding ISO compliance
- Involved in ART team for raw material monitoring and responsible to HP-code material registration Coordinating with product stewardship officer to make safety, technical, quality, food contact documents to become finished goods and coordinating with team for analyzing waste
- Coordinating with lab and sales team to serve customer for technical support and also give training and suggestion to internal & external (customer)
- Ensure compliance of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, Safety ISO 45001:2018
