👑 Job Role

• Drive product launches including working with public relation team, executives, and other product management team members.
• Build good relationship with Principals and customers.
• Create training and coaching program for product and sales team.
• Identify KOL and Working together with Principal to utilize the strategy with KOL.
• Planning product promotions and controlling the use of costs for product promotion.
• Control and Maintain selling price of the product together with the sales team.
• Ensure and working together with sales team that the sales targets for responsible product that have been set can be achieved.
• Assist in AR billing follow up

⛩️ Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in Science, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Laboratory or any major.
• Having at least 3 years experiences in handling:
• IPC & Neuromodulation products.
• Critical Care products.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (esp.: Excel, Power Point).
• Good negotiation, presentation, leadership & communication skill.
• Precise, detail, and self-motivated.
• Able to work under pressure.
