As a Product Growth, you'll be responsible for Plan, control and evaluate the sales process on customer prospect data and performance of Non-MV Product Digital applications to achieve sales targets set by the company..Here's detailed Job Description as Product Growth:

• Identify strategies to achieve digital product sales targets that have been set by the company.
• Planning and executing product digital sales promotion programs. Ensuring partnership schemes with business partners in line with the targets that have been set.
• Analyzing customer needs for digital applications and providing suggestions for improvements for the development of digital product applications.
• Carry out the monitoring process and find solutions to problems using digital applications and forward them to the relevant department if there is a system error problem to ensure that the digital product application functions optimally.

Criteria for this Job:

• Possess at least bachelor's degree from Computer Science, Information System, Business / Finance
• Strong analytical, planning and Judgement skills;
• Good Interpersonal Skills, Leading, team work, and Motivating skill
• Excellent Drive & Courage
• Customer Focus
• Familiar with ecosystem player and process
• Preferably having report and monitoring experience
• Good understanding of Product Insurance Calculation
