Product Licensing Executive

Job Descriptions : 

• Ensure compliance with the requirements of BPOM regulations, for new registration and renewal / extension.
• Actively follow-up (consultation) with Regulatory Authorities/BPOM on the regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Always update the new regulations to company which will impact to the business continuity.
• Collect Halal certificates from suppliers and maintain SIHALAL online application; ensure the  certificates is valid,
• Understand LoA, Food Safety Certificate, Halal certificate
• Have strong knowledge and interest in Regulatory / Lincensing, Halal regulation
• Maintain the laboratory analysis database
• Another task related to Product Licensing

Requirements : 

• Minimum D3 degree in Food science or relevant discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory / licensing (ML, MD, PIRT, AKL..) 
• Familiar with Photoshop or other design software
• Familiar with food safety
• Can communicate both oral and written in English
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel.
• Proactive, detail oriented and organized 
• Able to work under minimum supervision
• Team player
• Versatile, flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
