Responsibility:
Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with company objectives, focusing on the food and beverage sector
Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and market readiness
Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, trends, and competitive landscape for informed decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, and Sales teams to define product requirements and positioning
Utilize project management tools to monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met within budget and timeline constraints
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to iterate and improve product offerings continuosly
Stay updated on industry regulations and standards related to food products, ensuring compliance in product development and marketing efforts
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
Proven experience as a Product Manager within the FMCG industry, with focus on food products
Strong project management skills with proficiency in utilizing project management tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration towards common goals
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Passion for food and a deep understanding of cinsumer preferences and market trends
