Job Description
Develop and accountable for the marketing strategy of a flight business within the country, incuding. devise campaigns and marketing & business forecasts
Implement a marketing strategy for one or more of the organization's products/services to meet established sales or market share targets.
Implement marketing campaign through collaboration with multiple parties, including Marketing (channels, pricing, marketing-technology), product team, engineering, finance, data scientists, Creative Labs through campaign briefs development, campaign execution or projects. Take corrective actions when necessary to achieve objective.
Conduct, collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service and features that focusing on customer’s need.
Collect, compile, verify and analyze customer acquisition data by channels as well as pricing and coupons effectiveness to identify opportunities for scaling up and optimization to meet the business growths
Collaborate with supply and pricing team to develop pricing strategy to balance top and bottom line optimal trade off.
Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the product/service needs to be improved.
Monitor, analyze and evaluate product performances and provides feedback (be the customer voices to Product Team). Liaise with other areas of the organization to implement these changes.
Drive and manage prioritization of marketing initiatives
Manage, create, sponsor and lead projects - including providing direction, briefs and guidance necessary to achieve the objectives
Lead and manage projects or campaigns, including able to verify/clarify scopes
Collaborate with stakeholders and manage their expectations of the output's delivery. Know when to escalate and have a self-conscious understanding of what items to be updated / informed to the impacted parties / stakeholders, including their direct mentor/managers.
Requirements
You have a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Product Marketing, or Business Management
High proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, presenting ideas with concise and strategic thinking.
Understand go-to-market and route-to-market knowledge in product mix and channel marketing mix.
You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience with minimum 3 years of managing people or team. Having especially in Product Marketing or travel marketing related is a plus point.
You have a solid data analytical and problem-solving skill, strong in numbers and marketing analytics and customer centric approach in devising and managing commercial projects.
You have previous experience in translating complex data findings into clear insights, with a knack for storytelling is a major plus
High proficiency with data analysis and work via analytical tools such as Google Dashboard (GDS), Tableau and able to operate pivot and macro on number crunching tools.
You are a mature and self-driven person, embracing challenges, and perseverance and resilience to failures.
You have excellent communication, passion, dedication, and energy to get things done.
Experience in working independently and hands-on marketer. Understanding of product is a must, able to follow brand guidelines and ensure correct brand implementation to event materials.
Multitasking, self-driven, able to juggle multiple projects and other responsibilities and at the same time able to clearly prioritize / effectively delegate tasks. Able to perform under pressure and stay on-track with key objectives.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
