Job Description:
- Responsible for exploring and refining product image, positioning, and unique selling points, and fully analyze the market competitiveness of new products
- Participate in making new product launch plans, monitor the new product launch process and post-launch tracking, such as users feedback/users evaluation/product upgrades, etc.
- Participate in product life cycle management and making new product launch marketing plan, including product competition strategy/communication strategy/target detection model
- Collaborating with sales and the Demand Planning team to ensure stock levels align with the Company's targets
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or management
- Min 1 year experience in beauty industry especially skincare product. familiar with skincare industry standards and relevant regulations, key product functions and ingredients are preferred
- Have a keen sense of the market and users, be able to sense market trends and changes
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English is preferred, Mandarin is a plus)
