Job Description:
- Observe and collect data on the potential product and/or process that can be improve
- Create the improvement planning for each improvement initiative along with the measurable target and timeline
- Conduct improvement process collaborating with cross-function departments
- Record all phase of Product and Process Improvement (SOP, Product Specification, Standard Recipe)
- Socialize improvement result (new regulation, product, concept, materials and new emerging technology)
- Periodically evaluate product and/or process that has been improved
- Provide weekly and monthly Product and Process Improvement report
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering/ Agriculture/ Industrial Engineering
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in R&D, Product Development, and/or Process Development in related industry (FnB, FMCG)
- At least have 2 years of experience in a supervisor level
- Extensive knowledge in food ingredients and regulations
- Product development and improvement
- Extensive knowledge in food sensory evaluation, food shelf life evaluation, food safety management system, and document control
- Critical thinking, fast learner, time management, and problem solving
