Product & Process Improvement Executive

Job Description:

• Observe and collect data on the potential product and/or process that can be improve
• Create the improvement planning for each improvement initiative along with the measurable target and timeline
• Conduct improvement process collaborating with cross-function departments
• Record all phase of Product and Process Improvement (SOP, Product Specification, Standard Recipe)
• Socialize improvement result (new regulation, product, concept, materials and new emerging technology)
• Periodically evaluate product and/or process that has been improved
• Provide weekly and monthly Product and Process Improvement report

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology/ Chemical Engineering/ Agriculture/ Industrial Engineering
• Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience in R&D, Product Development, and/or Process Development in related industry (FnB, FMCG)
• At least have 2 years of experience in a supervisor level
• Extensive knowledge in food ingredients and regulations
• Product development and improvement
• Extensive knowledge in food sensory evaluation, food shelf life evaluation, food safety management system, and document control
• Critical thinking, fast learner, time management, and problem solving
