Product Reliability Engineer

To carry out all aspects of excavator maintenancesupport to customer Liebherr excavator fleet. We are looking for you as:

Responsibilities

• Product Development
• PIR Reporting (Product information report)
• Field Test Modifications Monitoring
• CSI (Customer Service Information) Implementation
• Customer oil sample monitoring
• Warranty Part Identification & Reporting
• Product Improvement
• Special Projects
• Provide Back-Up Technical Support When the Maintenance Advisor is Absent

About You

• Strong organizational skills.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• At least 5years of working experience in Heavy Equipment.
• Has strong background related to heavy equipment maintenance.
• Full professional or bilingual proficiency in English
