What you will do?
- Utilize various research methodologies to identify user needs, pinpoint issues, and enhance the overall user experience.
- Continuously monitor product performance and gather valuable user feedback to drive improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis to provide insights into market trends and the competitive landscape.
- Offer support in the execution of research projects, contributing to the advancement of our products.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Psychology, Sociology, Business Management, Anthropology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Preferably not actively enrolled in coursework (excluding thesis work).
- A passion for conducting research and a keen desire to learn.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player capable of working seamlessly in a team setting.
- Proficiency in essential software tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Google Drive (including GSheet, GDocs, and GSlides), and video conferencing platforms (Google Meet and Zoom).
- Quick adaptability to learning and mastering new technologies.
- Previous research experience is preferred but not mandatory.
