The 2W & Logistics team is an established team responsible for driving strategy and growth for 2W Transport and Logistics in Grab Indonesia. We make an impact by driving nationwide initiatives and developing special projects to unlock further growth to the business. Get to Know the Role:
The role of the Product Strategy Manager will guide a product's developmental process by focusing on customer needs. Moreover shaping and sharing a strategic vision for a product.
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Develop Product Strategy for 2W business:
Identify product pain points for the business based on quantitative and qualitative data
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and develop a product solution to solve the identified pain points
Manage product prioritization process and develop product roadmap for 2W ID business
Monitor product rollouts and evaluate the impact
Qualifications
The Must-Haves:
5+ years experience in a strategy/operations/product management role
Experience at a tech software company preferred
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, business, finance, economics, or related fields
Collaborative, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen, customer-focused, team and results-oriented
Excited to dig deep into on-ground operations to grasp a better understanding of partners' and consumers' pain points
Highly comfortable and adaptable in a semi-structured and agile environment
Passionate about the social mission and making a positive impact in developing markets
