Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the production process to ensure that it is efficient, effective, and meets quality standards.
- Develop and implement production plans and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
- Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet the required specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Food Technology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position in the food industry.
- Understanding of ISO 22000, GMP, and SJPH.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Placement: Rancaekek, Bandung Regency.
