Uraian Tugas
- To make estimate of welding process for the QR from Customer
- New model preparation (Flow process, Standard production machine, Calculate the capacity of production machines, layout production area, and manpower training)
- Trial and development of welding process for new models ( start from event to mass production)
- Standardization of welding process parameters and work instructions
- Create document quality for new models (FMEA, QCPC, PIS)
- To Complete the PPAP documents (according to customer requests)
- Review and evaluate the development schedule, and coordinate with related departments in case of problems
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Engineer
- Fluent in English and proven
- People with high integrity & strong drive for result is required for this role, strong monitoring process and follow up.
