Production Planner

Responsibilities:

• Planning the weekly work schedule for the assigned workplace using Hydra MES.
• Managing the rollover units, advanced processing units, and rollover rescheduling.
• Preparing weekly overtime plans and evaluating OTD (On Time Delivery) for the assigned workplace.
• Conceptualizing the process flow, conducting time studies, and creating time references for each required production element at the assigned workplace.
• Preparing weekly schedule versus actual time analysis reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other engineering major with a good understanding of electricity.
• Have good knowledge about electrical parts & electronic components.
• Experience in production scheduling and production planning is preferred.
• Proficient in using Ms. Office.
• Have a good command in English (oral and written) is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work to meet deadlines.
• Willing to live in Bintan, Riau Islands.
